Resolve Wellness is seeking an experienced
Clinical Director
to lead our Substance Use Disorder (SUD) outpatient program. This position provides clinical leadership, staff supervision, and program oversight to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the outpatient SUD program Provide clinical supervision to licensed staff and support team members Maintain a small caseload and deliver direct client services Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Support program growth through community outreach and partnerships Oversee clinical documentation, audits, and quality improvement
Qualifications
LISW-S
or
LICDC
required 2+ years of
supervisory/leadership
experience in behavioral health or SUD treatment Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
