Collaborate with faculty to integrate clinical experiences into the dental hygiene curriculum. Assist in the implementation of practical, hands-on learning opportunities for students. Incorporate industry advancements and evidence-based practices into clinical education. Implement assessment tools for evaluating clinical proficiency, clinical protocols and procedures. Ensure students understand and follow established clinical protocols and procedures; maintain clinical guidelines to align with industry best practices. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions when necessary. Act as a mentor to dental program students and support their professional growth. Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students. Implement quality assurance measures to ensure program effectiveness and collaborate with accreditation bodies to maintain program accreditation. Implement evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of education. Foster community engagement by partnering with local dental clinics and healthcare facilities. Qualifications
