Oversee daily operations of the rehab department, ensuring high-quality resident-centered care Lead, mentor, and support a team of therapists and therapy assistants Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent resident outcomes Monitor clinical and financial performance, ensuring efficiency and compliance Drive program development and quality improvement initiatives Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards Qualifications
Current licensure in California as a PT, OT, SLP, or COTA Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Proven leadership and management skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Passion for patient-centered care and team development At
