Associate Medical Director , you will: Lead operational strategy and daily functions for the Hospitalist team with
0.5 FTE protected administrative time
and
0.5 FTE clinical duties . Collaborate with an experienced
Assistant Medical Director
focused on quality outcomes and operations. Partner with the
Hospital Medicine RN Supervisor
and liaise with nursing and other inpatient services. Be supported by a dedicated
Office Assistant
for calendar management and scheduling. Report to the
Medical Director of Adult Inpatient Services
and work in a dyad partnership with the
Director of Hospital Operations
with strong background and data analytics.
