Take and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) machines and send them to a Radiologist to read. Carry portable X-Ray machines to different locations to do the exams that the doctor ordered. It is important to get clear and useful X-Ray images. Perform EKG tests if needed and send them to a Cardiologist for analysis. Scan related paperwork and billing documents daily according to rules. Frequently talk with dispatch and management. Communicate clearly and act professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and clients. Keep the vehicle and X-Ray equipment in good condition. Qualifications
Have the required state licenses and/or ARRT Certification, plus meet health and operational requirements. Hold a valid driver's license in the state and keep it in good standing. It is mandatory to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Those wanting an exemption must submit proper supporting documents. Certification Requirements
