Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership Provide high-quality clinical care and maintain the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism Conduct comprehensive full-mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency Monitor budget awareness and collaborate with the Operations team to attain financial objectives Mentor and coach new dentists and an entire team of dental professionals Stay current with new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community Qualifications
Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Job Type: Full-time Flexible scheduling and other benefits as part of the Practice Ownership Program and related support Full-time benefits package includes paid time off, health, vision, and 401(k) savings Back-end support to allow more time for patient care: finance, IT, marketing, billing, HR, call center, learning and development, and more Notes
