Overview
Our client, a well established healthcare system in Columbus, GA, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to add to their team. This is a full-time, in-person role with Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm hours. Compensation starts at $215K per year plus bonuses. Responsibilities
Conduct examinations and interview patients to gain an understanding of their symptoms and concerns Order blood work, imaging and other tests as needed Diagnose illnesses and diseases and develop treatment plans to cure or manage them Educate patients on preventative care by recommending screenings, vaccinations, lifestyle changes and other interventions Refer patients to physician specialists for additional care when necessary Update patient records with services and treatments provided Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to established standards of care Benefits

Degree in Medicine (M.D. or D.O.) Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Georgia Board Certified in Family Medicine or, if board eligible, must achieve board certification within a timeframe set by the primary care examining Board Will consider new graduates, but 2–5 years of experience is preferred
