Breast Surgeon Opportunity – Bon Secours Virginia Breast Center | Mechanicsville, VA

Bon Secours Virginia Breast Center is seeking an experienced, board-certified Breast Surgeon to join our team. Our established program is led by a dedicated group of two board-certified Breast Surgeons, alongside one Advanced Practice Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled surgeon to contribute to the continued growth of our comprehensive breast health services, providing care for patients in the Mechanicsville area.

Key Qualifications:

Eligibility for licensure in Virginia. Oncoplastic experience is preferred. About the Role:

As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced breast health services, including image-guided biopsies and onsite ultrasound capabilities. You will also have access to a collaborative, supportive environment with mentorship. Your responsibilities will include seeing new patients, managing post-op care, and providing follow-up consultations. Additionally, you will have protected time in the operating room and for administrative duties.

Physicians in this role enjoy a manageable patient load, seeing an average of 18-20 patients per day, and only covering call for their own patients. Candidates with oncoplastic surgery experience are highly encouraged to apply.
