The extensive package includes:
$500,000 - $550,000 guarantee period, with $57.60/RVU when on productivity 100% paid malpractice and tail coverage Retirement funding with percentage match Relocation and sign-on bonuses Student loan repayment up to $125,000 ($25,000 per year), if eligible Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 100% paid Over 1 month off per year, paid Cardiologist Role:
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with half-day Fridays for admin Some clinic work at Westover Hills and Helotes, with potential schedule changes Call responsibilities: Monday - Thursday, the cardiologist will take ER call, rotating every 4th weekend Weekend rotations are approximately 1 in 4 Team currently includes 3 ICs (with plans to add 2 more), 1 General Cardiologist, 2 NPs, 1 PA, and recruiting an Electrophysiologist (EP) Company Overview:
