NORTON WOMEN’S CARE

is seeking American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology-certified or eligible obstetrics/gynecology physicians and obstetric hospitalists to join a network of more than 100 women’s care providers at multiple office locations throughout Greater Louisville, including Southern Indiana. Norton Women’s Care is part of Norton Medical Group, the physician practice division of Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky. Norton Medical Group provides a referral base of more than 3,000 providers, including nearly 300 adult primary care providers. The America’s Best Maternity Hospitals 2025 list, published on Newsweek’s website in April 2025, includes hospitals that provide high quality maternity care and an excellent childbirth experience. OPPORTUNITY FOR OBSTETRIC HOSPITALIST (INPATIENT ONLY) Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities available Full-time equivalent (FTE) 1.0 position equal to working a minimum of 77 (24-hour) shifts or 1,848 hours annually; work shifts/hours and compensation prorated based on the FTE Flexible self-scheduling, including 12-hour and 24-hour shifts Annual salary for 1.0 FTE equal to $300,000 for 2 years of experience or less; $325,000 for 2+ years of experience Opportunities for over $100,000 in sign-on, relocation and recruitment incentive bonuses based on eligibility criteria REQUIREMENTS Medical degree/diploma Residency/fellowship certification Kentucky and Indiana medical license or license eligible To discuss these opportunities, contact Nidia Jardon Hernandez, recruiter, providers, Norton Medical Group, at nidia.jardonhernandez@nortonhealthcare.org or (502) 777-4308.
