We are seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist/ER physician for a position at Anne Arundel Medical Center, located in Annapolis, Maryland. The role involves working in a combined Pediatric Emergency Department and Inpatient Unit, with approximately 20,000 pediatric visits annually and around 1,000 admissions per year. The hospital offers a subspecialty-rich environment, positioned between two tertiary pediatric centers, with a team of 11 experienced pediatricians and PNPs. Coverage includes 24-hour pediatrician care, with additional double coverage during certain hours. Candidate Requirements

Strong clinical skills Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics; emergency medicine experience or willingness to learn; new grads considered Responsibilities

Full-time involves 32 clinical hours per week, with shifts distributed across days, evenings, nights, and weekends (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts). Part-time work with a minimum of 64 hours per month is also an option.
