A description of our clinic: Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Flexibility for a 4-day work week Shared Call: 10 days/month, covering both FM w/OB and newborn care Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support to support an autonomous practice Clinical responsibilities include all ages, wellness and chronic care disease management, women’s health including prenatal, obstetric, C-sections and deliveries, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest Cohesive, motivated team environment Located on the Banner Page Hospital campus We seek candidates who are: Passionate about rural medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS) Surgical OB Training required Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment Experienced, however, new grads are encouraged to apply Banner Health's total compensation package includes: Salary base of $325K, plus incentives PSLF and Loan Repayment of up to $100K $60K Sign-On Bonus Includes retention bonus Paid CME Paid Malpractice Excellent benefit package options that provide security for you and your family Dedicated resources aimed at mitigating burnout and fostering physician wellness Much more!
