Beautiful new facilities Typical staffing is 3-4 providers (APP and/or Physician) Locations include Aurora, Cloquet, Fosston, Brainerd, and Duluth, MN Positions in Fargo and Bismarck, North Dakota Superior and Ashland are locations in Wisconsin. Support from specialists and ancillary services Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine is required Financial Package
Salary range of $308K to $323K, depending upon experience and job responsibilities. Quality incentives and production-based compensation Full benefits package Loan Repayment Location/Community
