RWJBarnabas Health and Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School are seeking a Chief of Neurovascular Neurosurgery, Northern Region, for hire at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ. The Chief will provide oversight of neurovascular activity within the RWJBarnabas Health System, guiding quality, safety, care standards, and operational efficiency across the region. The role involves clinically performing neurovascular and general neurosurgery while administratively providing leadership, strategy, and oversight of the neurovascular service line. Rutgers Neurosurgery maintains a neurosurgical residency program, an endovascular and skull base fellowship program, and engages in medical training across campuses at New Jersey Medical School (Newark), Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (New Brunswick), and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center (Livingston). The department offers opportunities to train neurosurgery residents and teach medical students and fellows, with access to basic and translational research resources. Responsibilities
The Chief will: Oversee neurovascular activity within the RWJBarnabas Health System Develop and oversee quality, safety, care standards, and operational efficiency across the region for neurovascular care Clinically perform neurovascular and general neurosurgery Provide leadership, strategy, and administrative oversight of core neurovascular competencies within the service line Qualifications
Board certified in Neurosurgery, or eligible Fellowship trained preferred New Jersey licensed or eligible for licensure More About this Position

The anticipated salary range for this position is $715,000 to $1,100,000 per year. The compensation offered will depend on factors such as educational background, skills, and professional experience. How to Apply
