to join the highly skilled cardiac team at South Shore University Hospital located in Bay Shore, New York. Qualifications
BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist Candidates should have demonstrated training and expertise in coronary and structural heart interventions. Both early-career and seasoned interventional cardiologists are encouraged to apply. About the program and location
South Shore University Hospital is a tertiary care cardiac program performing all aspects of cardiovascular medical, interventional, and surgical care. The interventional program offers all diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including high-risk PCI, CTO interventions, temporary MCS, peripheral vascular interventions, pulmonary embolism care, and more. South Shore also has a robust structural heart program that includes high-volume PFO/ASD, TAVRs, and percutaneous mitral and tricuspid valve interventions. Northwell Health’s Department of Cardiology has grown across Long Island, New York City, Westchester, and recently expanded to the Hudson Valley and Connecticut, with the goal of providing comprehensive, integrated health care and wellness services. Our cardiologists earn a competitive salary with a very supportive benefits package. An academic appointment with the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell is commensurate with credentials and experience.
