ASAP - Ongoing Schedule Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM June 1, 24, 25 July 20, 27, 28, 31 August 15, 16, 17, 18, 27, 28 September 2, 3 Overnight Shifts : 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM June 19-22, July 4-6, August 14-20, 28, September 21-30 Position Overview Inpatient ED coverage only | No call Average ED Volume: 100 visits/day (1.8 patients/hour) Average Inpatient Census: 20 ICU/Critical Care Duties: Yes Respond to All Codes: Yes After-Hours Admissions: Managed by Hospitalists Procedures: Full scope of standard emergency medicine procedures required Candidate Requirements Licensure
Active North Carolina Medical License & Unrestricted DEA Board Certification
ABEM preferred; ABFM, ABIM, and ABPS accepted with required emergency experience Certifications
