In most cases, a referral from a family doctor is not necessary to schedule an appointment with a Kelsey-Seybold specialist.
Primary Responsibilities
See patients in an outpatient setting Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including new patients and corporate physicals.
Participate in the Family Medicine Call group. On-call about once per month, weekday or weekend; weekend coverage is shared with another physician. On-call role includes answering patient calls.
Conduct annual physicals and wellness exams.
Provide preventive medicine and overall patient care.
Required Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD, DO).
Accredited Family Medicine residency training.
Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 to $366,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and productivity. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution, with eligibility requirements applying.
