Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dentist to join our client's private dental office. This family practice is seeking a full-time dentist but they would consider part-time as well. No nights and no weekends are required. They are ideally seeking a dentist with 2 or more years of experience. Compensation and Schedule
A full-time associate can expect to earn between $250k and $350k per year, depending on experience and procedures performed. They offer a very competitive daily guarantee and percentage of production, plus full benefits and more. Bread-and-butter procedures are required. If a dentist wants to perform advanced procedures such as implants and/or molar endodontics, that is a plus but not required. The practice has a dedicated team of assistants, hygienists, and front-desk staff with very low turnover. They have built an excellent reputation and operate with state-of-the-art equipment. They do not accept HMOs or Medicaid. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs. Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Provide specialized care in areas such as pediatrics, endodontics, and prosthodontics. Administer root canal therapy and other complex dental treatments as necessary. Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to optimize patient care. Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus. Knowledge of endodontics, prosthodontics, and root canal therapy is advantageous. Strong understanding of patient assessment techniques and infection control standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
