Regional Medical Director - Primary Care (50+ Clinics) | AHG/Baptist Little Rock

Baptist Health/Arkansas Health Group employs approximately 700 physicians and advanced practice providers across 12 hospitals and >120 clinical practice groups. They are recruiting a Primary Care/Population Health Medical Director to join the Physician Leadership Team, which includes the Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director of Primary Care, and Medical Director of Specialties. Based in Little Rock, the capital city of Arkansas, the Primary Care Medical Director will oversee approximately 50 Primary Care Clinics across the state and co-lead the development of population health and value-based care programs. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Supervisory oversight of 50+ clinical primary care practices and 200+ providers Partnering with the Population Health Service Organization to oversee and implement value-based care contracts and care delivery Developing and maintaining quality improvement processes for each primary care practice and provider.
