Hospital, Level II Trauma Center Note:
No midlevel provider Required Skills:
Intubation, Chest tubes, Central lines, Procedural sedation, OB/GYN procedures and deliveries, Adult and pediatric resuscitation Travel, lodging, and car rental covered for non-local providers,
must abide by CommonSpirit Travel Guidelines. Board Certified - ABEM required Must have PALS, ATLS, ACLS - required Active ND license - required Note:
