Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated

IT Program Manager

to join our Global Enterprise IT department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex IT projects across multiple business units and regions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management experience, and strong stakeholder management skills to deliver business-critical IT initiatives on time and within scope.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of global IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software deployments, cybersecurity initiatives, and enterprise application rollouts. Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; track progress and make adjustments as necessary. Ensure adherence to enterprise IT governance, change control, and compliance requirements. Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of issues. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Support post-implementation reviews and ensure knowledge transfer and documentation. Promote Agile/Waterfall or hybrid methodologies based on project needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred. 8+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in enterprise environment. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong technical background or understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, application lifecycle management, and systems integration. Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow). Solid grasp of IT governance, collaboration tools, and identity management best practices is a plus Knowledge of ITIL framework and experience applying data-driven decision-making in IT operations

Salary Range

$148,000 - $160,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
