Supply Chain Director , you’ll oversee all aspects of purchasing, logistics, and supplier management across multiple U.S. facilities. Leading a team of 10–15, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and on-time delivery—while developing and mentoring your team to reach new levels of performance. This is a senior leadership role with direct accountability for
financial performance, supplier partnerships, and operational excellence . Lead supply chain operations across
multi-site manufacturing plants . Provide coaching, development, and leadership for a team of 10–15 in purchasing, shipping, and receiving. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, negotiating
long-term contracts
covering pricing, quality, delivery, and service. Drive
cost reductions
while maintaining high quality and reliability standards. Oversee procurement processes, ensuring accuracy in MRP systems, purchase orders, and inventory management. Resolve supplier performance issues and drive
continuous improvement . Manage logistics, including domestic and international transport arrangements. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, fabrication, and aftermarket to meet business goals. Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering, Business, Economics
or related field (Master’s or certifications a plus). 10+ years’ experience in
supply chain, procurement, or inventory management , preferably in manufacturing/automation. Strong leadership skills with experience managing
multi-site teams . Proven track record in
supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost reduction . Excellent analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of
MRP/ERP systems
(Epicor a plus). Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills. What’s on Offer
