In the role of Senior Water Resources Planner, we'll count on you to: Plan and direct medium- to large-size planning and environmental compliance projects Prepare, plan and analyze compliance documents Direct work of others in completion of required studies, documents and reports Demonstrate extensive public participation, agency coordination, planning and programming experience Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in STEM field 20 years’ experience in water resources planning, water resources engineering, or related field Experience with water infrastructure planning studies, extreme hydrology, and/or consequence analysis Experience with risk-based planning and risk informed decision making Familiarity with integration of resiliency into the planning process Required Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Urban Planning or closely related field A minimum of 10 years experience in environmental consulting with a successful track record of marketing, urban design project management, staff management and client satisfaction, business development skills and familiarity of local clients and markets; advance degree may offset years of experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Extensive graphics and report document production experience Experience with GIS Highly motivated self-starter Leadership skills and ability to manage in a team environment Public speaking and strong verbal and written communication skills May require the ability to travel An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe
