Nexxen
Overview
Nexxen is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven BD Director (DSP Partnerships) to join our Demand Business Development team as an individual contributor. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and deepening relationships with our DSP partners. You will serve as a key point of contact for account managers, hands-on-keyboard teams, and sales leaders at connected DSPs to drive meaningful revenue growth and strengthen demand across our SSP. This role will focus on and require relationships with DSPs such as Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, Viant, and others. This role will be based in the
New York
office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule,
working in the office three days
a week and remotely for the rest. What you’ll do
Own and grow a portfolio of DSP accounts across Nexxen’s SSP. Build and maintain strong relationships with DSP stakeholders including account managers, traders, and sales leads. Identify and unlock incremental spend opportunities through regular strategic check-ins, program creation, and deal structuring. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Marketing to support DSP needs and accelerate integration of new initiatives. Serve as the voice of the DSP internally to inform roadmap, service, and go-to-market strategies. Analyze performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and present recommendations to DSPs and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with other DemandBD team members to thoughtfully and strategically create growth plans for each account. What You’ll Bring
6+ years in programmatic advertising, with a focus on DSPs, SSPs, or related platforms. Proven success in growing accounts, building relationships, and driving revenue from demand-side platforms. Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including CTV, PMP, and open auction dynamics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfort working with both commercial and technical stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform strategy. At Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution. We know that not everyone takes the same career path, so if you don’t match this job description perfectly, don’t worry! We would rather see your application than risk missing out on your potential to make an impact. In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $130,000 - $160,000 with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation, it is not a guarantee of compensation or salary; actual compensation is influenced by factors including skill set, experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location. We offer a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the location, start date, and employment type. Apply for this job
