Project Manager of Computer Vision & AED
to take on a critical role with expansive responsibilities and play a leading role in enhancing the AI Software function in a growing organization.
The
Project Manager of Computer Visons & AED
will be responsible for supporting customer-facing AI software integrations within our organization. This role will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring complex AI projects, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their project management career within the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
:
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with sales leaders, senior management and stakeholders Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met Coordinate communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks Track project progress, risks, and issues, and report updates to sales and engineering stakeholders Support resource allocation, budgeting, and cost tracking for AI projects Facilitate team meetings, document action items, and follow up on task completion Maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and best practices Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to align AI solutions with company objectives Assist in ensuring compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations
Requirements
Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in project management in complex hardware and software integration or AI/ML Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning, and data science is a plus PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications are a plus but not required

One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting base pay for this role is targeted to be between $100,00 - $130,00, in addition, this role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan at 10% of your annual base pay. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining Syntiant, cost of living in the assigned work location, assigned schedule, and salaries of similarly situated peers at the company. It is to be expected that candidates will come to us with different sets of skills and experiences and therefore will be paid at different points in the stated range. We recognize that the person(s) we select for hire may be less experienced or more experienced than the role as posted; if this is the case, any updates to available salary ranges will be communicated with candidates during the recruitment process.
