Overview
The Opportunity: With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give clients the right answers. As a Collection Requirements Manager (CRM), you will use your specialized experience and attention to detail to collaborate across the IC to understand intelligence gaps, prioritize information required to close them, and provide actionable intelligence and context to your client. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, you will lead efforts to inform our nation’s leaders and help meet analytic challenges. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll prioritize, establish, and develop collection requirements. You’ll be responsible for tracking and managing collection requirements and supporting collection assessment efforts. Your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This role offers a path to broaden your skills into intelligence disciplines and analytic requirements, and you’ll share your expertise with other collection managers through leadership and mentoring. Work with us to provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our policymakers. Responsibilities
Prioritize, establish, and develop collection requirements across platforms. Track and manage collection requirements and support collection assessment efforts. Provide time-critical recommendations to clients, often under pressure. Lead and mentor others; identify opportunities to help clients meet analytic challenges. Collaborate across the IC to understand intelligence gaps and context needed for decision making. Qualifications
Experience identifying appropriate CM access points and methods. Knowledge of CM requirements and intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, MASINT, or OSINT. Knowledge of tools to search for trends or anomalies in data. Ability to develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of CM systems. Ability to validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, evaluate, and terminate CM programs and initiatives. Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam. Bachelor\'s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting the IC, or 7+ years of experience supporting the IC in lieu of a degree. Nice to have: Experience as a multi-intelligence CRM. Experience with MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, S-PLUS, or R. Ability to brief senior defense and government officials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Completion of an in-residence DoD IC Collection Management Course. Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. Compensation
Salary is determined by factors including location, education, experience, and contract-specific requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate represents the typical salary range and is one component of Booz Allen\'s total compensation package. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date. Identity Statement
