What we expect from you As a General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring your team while overseeing the operation of your restaurant. You will promote a positive dining experience for your customers by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maintaining QSC standards, and delivering on Wendy's brand standards and procedures.
General Managers must have or be able to perform the following:
Have at least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
Be highly motivated, with strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills, and work well with a team.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, react to change productively, and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
Achieve restaurant sales and profitability goals.
