Responsibilities
Cyber and Physical Security Services: perform cybersecurity and physical security services to secure DODIN-A information systems and networks (NIPRNet, SIPRNet) in accordance with applicable DoD, Army, and GCC policies. Includes Vulnerability Management, Access Management, Physical Access Control, Security Assistance Visits support, RMF/CSSP support, and documenting security processes for Government review/approval. Property Accountability: manage IT equipment, software, and supplies from acquisition through disposal in compliance with AR 710-2 and AR 735-5; maintain accountability records for hand receipt items and durable items and software licenses. Lifecycle Management (LCM): track assets from requirements identification through procurement to disposal, covering Enterprise, Theater, and locally procured items to support budgeting and accountability. Web Site Support and Maintenance: support internal and Enterprise portals and web-based platforms, including hosting access, security, auditing, and backups. Software Tool Support: configure and maintain software tools on Enterprise platforms (e.g., MS SharePoint) to enhance collaboration and automate workflows, in line with government and ISO quality standards. Army Enterprise IT Service Management: use AESMP or current government system to design, plan, deliver, operate, and manage IT services; follow ITIL processes and improve service quality where possible. Risk Management: maintain a risk registry with approved countermeasures; track operational risks to service delivery using defined KPIs and ITIL standards. Configuration Management: manage assets and CMDB documentation, including service alignment, IP addresses, locations, models, contracts, and serial numbers; update diagrams and docs as changes occur. Knowledge Management: implement approved changes to improve GCC operations. Data Management: develop and implement a Data Management Plan to structure data collection, storage, use, and retention; annually review and purge unnecessary data; include cloud tools as deployed. Records Management: provide records management in accordance with Army Regulations and use Army tooling for Records Management. ITIL Support: comply with ITIL practices and develop SOPs. Facilities Support: provide facilities support to keep facilities operating safely and efficiently and track DPW service orders. Qualifications
Basic: 6 years of experience; leadership experience preferred. Certifications: ITIL Managing Professional/Expert or equivalent; DCWF Code 431; CompTIA Security+ or SSCP. Clearance: must have and maintain a Secret Clearance. Experience managing a team of IT professionals in an IT service desk-oriented environment. Experience managing IT infrastructure including LANs/WANs, servers, and related applications and software. Details
Target Salary Range: $80,000 – $128,000. Salary is based on scope, experience, education, skills, competencies, location, and contract considerations. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply where eligible. EEO
