A Services Manager
in FSO EDGE State & Local Tax will deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work for clients. The objective is to recognize and address problem areas and escalate issues to ensure client needs are timely and accurately met. You will work in a highly collaborative culture with colleagues from different practices while listing and sharing information. Responsibilities
Deliver and manage tax compliance and consulting work for clients. Identify problem areas and escalate issues to ensure timely and accurate client service. Collaborate with colleagues across practices to share information and best practices. Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline, or a graduate degree in Tax or Law. CPA or licensed Attorney. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in professional services or professional tax organization. Thorough understanding of automated tax processing systems and applicable laws within your area of expertise. Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills and the confidence to challenge senior colleagues and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Commitment to continuing learning. Preferred qualifications
Understanding of state and local partnership tax. Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Return Preparation Software. Experience working in diverse teams and with internal and client team members. What we look for
