Overview
As Director of the Damascus House for Women, you will lead a Christ-centered residential ministry designed to bring lasting spiritual transformation to women trapped in life-dominating sin. You’ll create an environment rooted in biblical counseling, daily discipleship, and intentional care, walking alongside residents as they surrender their lives to Christ and rebuild their identities in Him. Your day-to-day will involve teaching, counseling, and managing the program operations, ensuring each woman receives personalized, gospel-saturated care. You’ll also work closely with the Executive Director of Damascus House, contribute to curriculum development, support staff training, and help shape the overall culture of the home. This role is ideal for a woman grounded in Scripture who thrives in relational ministry and is passionate about pointing others to lasting hope and freedom in Jesus. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the residential ministry, fostering a Christ-centered environment that supports spiritual transformation. Provide biblical counseling, daily discipleship, and intentional care for residents, walking with them as they pursue life transformation in Christ. Teach, counsel, and manage program operations to ensure personalized, gospel-saturated care for each resident. Collaborate with the Executive Director and contribute to curriculum development. Support staff training and help shape the overall culture of the home. Qualifications
