Home Loan Specialist II for one of SolomonEdwards' mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Position Locations:
Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; St. Louis, MO; Plano, TX Responsibilities
Perform complex data and document validation. Troubleshoot third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.). Handle more complex calls, emails, or chat sessions. Complete appraisal eligibility tasks. Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values. Qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Financial services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred. General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations. Additional Details

No travel will be required, unless at the client’s discretion. Physical Requirements:
