Provide comprehensive patient care including diagnostics, surgery, and wellness visits Communicate effectively with clients and staff using a relationship-centered approach Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of care Build lasting relationships with clients and the local Gastonia/Charlotte community Support staff development through participation in training programs Manage a diverse caseload across appointments, diagnostics, and procedures Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution (or completion of ECFVG or PAVE) Active NC veterinary license or ability to obtain one Clinical experience with comfort in surgery, diagnostics, and general care Team-oriented, compassionate, and committed to professional excellence Ideal Candidate:
