Aurora Medical Center is situated in a prime Southeast Wisconsin location, featuring a new hospital and medical office building in Mount Pleasant, WI, just 30 minutes north of Milwaukee and 60 miles south of Chicago. The area is among the fastest-growing communities in the state, surrounded by major employers like Amazon, Foxconn, SC Johnson, and Uline. Enjoy excellent schools and lake living nearby! Position Highlights
Outpatient only—busy from day one. Subspecialty interests supported. 2-year guaranteed salary in the range of $353,282-$402,428, based on training, experience, and certifications. Up to $200,000 sign-on bonus and Student Loan Forgiveness, with positions qualifying for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. EEG/EMG services a plus. Large multi-specialty site with excellent clinical and operational support. Inpatient services covered by NeuroHospitalists. EPIC EMR system. Part of an integrated, nationally recognized, physician-led organization with embedded service lines. Access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining workflows. Inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients. H1B visa support (note: this is not an approved J1 waiver location). Training and Experience Requirements
Board Certification or Board Eligibility from an ABMS-accredited residency and/or fellowship program. New graduates and experienced providers encouraged to apply. Benefits and Perks
