Gastroenterology position in Western/Central New Jersey – Private practice with full Partnership into ASC and building
Group has 8 full time GI physicians.
Group is considering general GI or candidates with an interest in EUS and ERCP are welcome. Group currently does some EUS and ERCP and this can be grown over time as you build it.
Open to candidates who can start in 2025 or 2026.
Located 30 minutes from Princeton, NJ, 1 hour and 15 minutes from New York City and 90 minutes from Philadelphia, PA.
Partnership process starts after a 2-year associate period. Partnership includes a 100% physician owned private practice and ASC .
Fully bought-in partners are making top 1% of GI physicians nationally
ASC is 100% physician-owned and shared equally among all partners (not a joint-venture with any physicians outside the group).
Option for employed only position with production bonus model if you prefer an employed only model. The group is very flexible to setup a compensation plan to meet your needs.
Group is in an area with excellent payor mix and reimbursement.
Servicing only 1 hospital which provides an excellent quality of life (150 bed community hospital).
Clinic and ASC are attached to the hospital for convenience.
ERCP and EUS welcome but not required.
Can do some lecturing and teaching if desired (not required). Local Family Medicine residency.
Excellent Hospitalist program in-house that supports the group fully and does all admissions.
Call will be 1 in 4 as an associate and 1/6 as a partner. Call isconsult onlyand doctors only get called in a few times per year (very minimal)
Base salary is negotiable, will be determined by experience, and national averages for the Northeast.
Paid time off including 4 weeks-vacation for associates and 6-weeks for partners.
Benefits including paid health insurance, 6 holidays (all doctors take one holiday call day per year), malpractice with tail insurance and CME allowance. Negotiable relocation package.
All partners have 4-day workweek and do endoscopy days every tenth weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
Very stable practice established over 40 years ago; all physicians have been offered equal partnership. Virtually no turnover in the history of the group.
Area has excellent schooling options (both public and private depending on where you want to live)
