Provide outpatient and inpatient consults, perform clinic and surgical procedures. Utilize robotic surgical assistance for urological surgeries. Leverage AI-assisted technology to improve patient care and workflow. Manage follow-up outpatient care post-inpatient procedures. Participate in after-hours calls, inpatient rounds, and urgent procedures. Ensure accurate documentation in our EMR system. Contribute to protocol and policy development, and patient education materials. Build and maintain a strong referral base. Develop niche expertise in urological diseases and treatments. Qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of an accredited Urology residency. Unrestricted medical license in Oregon. DEA certification. Board Certification in Urology or eligibility within five years. Expertise in urology procedures and surgery. Knowledge of Lean methodology preferred. Compensation & Benefits
Starting base salary at $545,972 with uncapped earning potential. $50,000 start bonus, relocation assistance up to $27,000, and Student Loan Repayment up to $100,000 over 5 years. CME stipend, paid time off, comprehensive benefits, and retirement plan. Eligible for public service loan forgiveness. Why Salem Health?
