Cardiovascular Surgeon | Regions Hospital; St. Paul, MN
HealthPartners is searching for an experienced, dynamic, innovative Cardiovascular Surgeon to join our team at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN.
This opportunity would be part of a three-surgeon group and highly skilled team of advanced practice clinicians. This position would be based at Regions Hospital, a Level 1 trauma center with a practice that encompasses all adult cardiothoracic surgeries. This is a high-volume practice with complex coronary, valve, dissections, and aneurysms.
Responsibilities You will join a team that is supportive and respectful of one another and deeply committed to the mission of HealthPartners. The group works closely with Cardiology colleagues and cares for patients with a Heart Team approach.
Qualifications Candidates must be BC/BE in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Experience outside of fellowship is preferred. New grads will be considered.

Compensation Pay range: $408,428.00 - $665,537.00 annually for a 1.0 FTE
Pay range statement: Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
