Partner with an esteemed neonatal surgeon and a multidisciplinary team to establish a high-performing, patient-centered surgical program serving Georgia's youngest and most vulnerable patients. Location:
Northside Atlanta Hospital | Metro Atlanta, GA Schedule:
Full-time | Mon-Fri | Rotating Call Schedule As a cornerstone of our Level III NICUs and Neonatal Surgery Suites, this role places you at the forefront of specialized pediatric care in a fast-paced, collaborative, and technologically sophisticated environment. Your Impact
Deliver neonatal and pediatric anesthesia services across a spectrum of surgical procedures. Collaborate closely with neonatologists, pediatric surgeons, and OB/GYN teams to manage high-risk and emergent cases. Lead initiatives in safety, patient & family-centered quality care for neonatal patients. Support ongoing education, mentorship, and professional development within the department and organization. Qualifications
MD or DO with board certification in Anesthesiology. Fellowship training in Pediatric-, with experience in Neonatal Anesthesia highly preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in a high-acuity pediatric or neonatal setting. Proven leadership in multidisciplinary neonatal care teams. Compensation & Benefits
