UK St. Claire Opportunity Overview: UK St. Claire is seeking a dynamic and skilled Dermatologist to join our busy and growing health system. This is an exciting opportunity for a dermatologist who thrives in a collegial, physician-centric environment and is passionate about making a difference in a mission-driven organization. Our facility offers a supportive work setting and is located in a vibrant university town near stunning outdoor recreation opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dermatological care in an established practice. Treat a diverse patient population, including both adults and children. Engage in mainly outpatient care with occasional inpatient on-call coverage (1 weekday night and 1 weekend per month). Mentor residents and students from the University of Kentucky and the University of Pikeville. Largest employer in the county, serving an 11-county area with a population of 160,000. Not-for-profit, 159-bed modern hospital with 32 medical specialties. Serving the Appalachian region for nearly 60 years with a mission-oriented approach. Opportunity to be involved in a progressive healthcare setting with a focus on quality patient care. Benefits Include: Hospital-employed position with a guaranteed salary transitioning to a wRVU-based model (dependent upon specialty). Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and LTD insurance. Retirement benefits with 403b and 457 plans. CME allotment and time off including CME/Vacation and Paid Time Off (PDL) bank. Moving expenses and a signing bonus. Loan repayment assistance (location eligible for NHSC funding).
