Orthopaedic Surgeon - Pediatric

Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, has an immediate need for a BE/BC Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about a teaching position in a collegial, faith-based environment. We are a busy practice with over 20 Orthopaedic surgeons and 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents in training. Our outpatient rehabilitation center is located at Loma Linda University Medical Center – East Campus, approximately 1.4 miles from the main Medical Center. Our treatment areas include an 8,000-square foot orthopedic gym and private treatment spaces. Located in Southern California between Los Angeles and Palm Springs in the Inland Empire, it offers access to beaches, skiing, hiking, and outdoor activities. The region has a low cost of living and excellent schools. Faculty members are eligible for federal student loan forgiveness programs. Compensation & Benefits Expected Total Annual Compensation: $480,000 - $580,000 This includes variable compensation based on a 1.0 FTE schedule, with a base salary expected to be $432,000 - $522,000 depending on experience and faculty rank.
