Outpatient Only : No nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends – because we value your work-life balance. Telemedicine Hybrid Model : Start with in-person care and transition to a hybrid model after six months, providing the flexibility to work remotely. Generous Compensation : Base salary ranges from $350,000 to $375,000 annually , with uncapped earnings potential. Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Paid holidays. CME Support : $2,000 annually for continuing medical education to support your professional growth. What You’ll Do As a psychiatrist at Fulfilled Care Psychiatry, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming lives by providing: Comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care. Accurate diagnosis and effective medication management. Compassionate and patient-centered treatment in a supportive setting. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking dedicated and talented psychiatrists who: Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in psychiatry (Adult, Child, or Both). Hold a current license to practice psychiatry in Michigan. Possess an unencumbered DEA license. Are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. Compensation & Growth Potential Base Salary: $350,000 - $375,000 annually. Additional Earnings: Uncapped potential based on productivity.
