is seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist with a Non-Structural focus to join a busy, high-volume collaborative cardiology team. Work alongside experienced interventional (6), non-invasive (7), electrophysiology (3), and advanced heart failure (1) cardiologists, as well as cardiac surgeons (3), to provide comprehensive cardiac services to Fort Wayne and surrounding communities. Our interventional cardiology service line includes high-risk PCI, peripheral intervention, EVAR, TAVR, Mitraclip, TMVR, Watchman, CardioMEM, and ECMO. New fellows or experienced physicians are welcome! Lutheran Health Network
comprises 6 acute care hospitals in Fort Wayne and nearby areas, with Lutheran Hospital serving as a 396-bed tertiary care center and Level 2 trauma center for adults and children. Our leadership in cardiac care is demonstrated through our services and numerous recognitions. Scope of Position: Coronary and Peripheral Interventions 8 Cardiac cath labs and 2 EP labs STEMI call shared among 7 interventional cardiologists Level II TEE preferred; nuclear and advanced cardiac imaging optional Specialized clinics: Advanced Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation, Lipid Care, Structural Heart, and Vascular Medicine Cardiology Nocturnist and Hospitalist support Advanced Practice Provider support Research opportunities available Compensation Package May Include: Guaranteed Salary plus wRVU incentive Commencement Bonus Relocation Expenses Medical Education Debt Repayment Assistance CME and Vacation 401K and Health Benefits Stipend During Residency/Fellowship Living in Fort Wayne: Fort Wayne offers a great quality of life with affordability, top-rated schools, parks, lakes, and family activities.
