Overview
LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents and adults in outpatient settings, both in-person and via telemedicine. We are growing and seeking to expand our clinical team with Child Psychiatrists who are passionate about patient care and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality psychiatric care for pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
Participate in a hybrid role combining medication management and therapy as appropriate.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Fully licensed in Utah.
Board eligible or board certified as a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist.
Unencumbered DEA license.
Completed a psychiatry residency program or near completion.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation range: $296,000 – $393,000 per year.
Hybrid work model with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.
100% outpatient work with no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
Full benefits package and generous, above-market compensation with potential for bonuses.
