is seeking a Faculty Physician with fellowship training and clinical expertise in Vascular Neurology/Stroke. We invite an inpatient, research-focused Neurologist who possesses an authentic compassion for teaching and leading academic work at a newly formed neurology residency program at
Atrium Health Neurology in Charlotte, NC. The Neurology Department at Atrium Health is a network of 90+ neurology providers supporting 15 care locations, with 2 regional stroke interventional hubs across the greater Charlotte region. Atrium Health features a Comprehensive Stroke Center and a large, growing network that supports research opportunities. The expanding academic department, in partnership with the new medical school and residency programs as part of Wake Forest School of Medicine, offers exciting prospects for innovative patient care, teaching, and research. The position includes the opportunity to join our team of 8 neurohospitalist providers, 7 advanced practice providers, and our interdisciplinary care team for the stroke network.
