BC/BE Endocrinologist – Physician
– Rush Copley Medical Center, Aurora, IL. Full‑time position in Endocrinology, with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Call is 1:4. The practice is on the Rush Copley Medical Center Main Campus with access to the Diabetes Education Center, which provides outpatient services for children and adults with Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes. Rush Copley Medical Center is part of the Rush University System for Health network. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient endocrine care Collaborate with the Diabetes Education Center to support high‑quality diabetes education and management Participate in on‑call coverage (1:4) Engage in multidisciplinary team care and patient‑centered approaches Contribute to program growth and quality initiatives within Rush Copley Medical Center
Qualifications
Board‑certified or board‑eligible (BC/BE) Endocrinologist Strong clinical and communication skills Experience providing care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $248,000 – $332,000. Rush offers competitive total compensation including base pay, benefits, and incentive programs. Additional compensation may include sign-on and relocation allowances.
