We foster a supportive, collaborative, data-driven environment focused on creating scalable, integrated pediatric mental healthcare. Join us in shaping the future of mental health services for children and adolescents. Responsibilities: Complete intake assessments based on information from partners, other practitioners, and families. Review follow-up cases asynchronously. Provide treatment and support to children, teens, and their families, helping them reach their goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs, care managers, and wellness coaches. Utilize analytics, maintain attention to detail, and follow processes. Conduct virtual telepsychiatry sessions, both synchronously and asynchronously. Qualifications: Board-certified or eligible Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist. Licensed in at least one active state (preferably Texas). Experience with online, web-based applications and virtual work environments. Strong English reading and writing skills.
