Join our mission today. Mercy's Family Birth Center provides a supportive and comfortable environment for mothers and their families during labor, delivery, and postpartum care. The center offers spacious private rooms with family-friendly amenities and advanced technology to ensure newborns stay close to their mothers while being monitored. Skilled nurses, lactation consultants, and an on-site anesthesia provider work together to educate and empower new mothers, ensuring a smooth transition into parenthood. If both mother and baby are healthy, they can typically go home within one to two days after a natural birth. For babies needing advanced care, the Level II NICU, operated by Valley Children’s Hospital, provides specialized treatment close to home.
