We are seeking candidates passionate about academic medicine, interested in teaching, research, and providing care to underserved communities. The role includes managing active consultation services at Loma Linda University Medical Center, outpatient clinics, and inpatient services at Riverside University Health System Medical Center. Candidates should be prepared to work across all locations, with a growing division and support staff including scribes and nurse practitioners. Division Details:
The division comprises 4.5 faculty members with plans to expand. It offers faculty development programs, wellness initiatives, and involvement in clinical trials, research, and education. The division manages several specialized centers and provides services like musculoskeletal ultrasound and vasculitis ultrasound. Community and Location:
Loma Linda, a Blue Zone community, offers a family-friendly environment with access to outdoor activities, a low cost of living, and excellent schools. The area is located in Southern California's Inland Empire, near beaches, mountains, and cities. Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary ranges from $275,000 to $305,000, based on experience and faculty rank. Benefits include retirement contributions, medical/dental coverage, vacation and sick days, CME funds, relocation assistance, malpractice and life insurance, and federal student loan forgiveness programs. Requirements:
