Family Medicine Physician - Full Time
Southwestern Vermont Health Care (SVHC) is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a busy, patient-centered practice with a team of experienced Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers at our Twin Rivers Medical practice in Hoosick Falls, New York.
Opportunity Highlights Include:
Engaged Primary Care team who are invested in teamwork and optimal patient outcomes
Caring and professional team of nurses, medical assistants and patient coordinators
Supportive administration, quality care and a focus on provider and patient satisfaction
Salary Range $269,000 - $296,000
Incentive compensation may be available in addition to base salary. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off and CME support). A sign-on bonus and relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility.
