The Site Medical Director will oversee medical operations at our Valdosta location, working with physicians, staff, and leadership to ensure top-tier patient care, promote quality improvement, and support professional development. This leadership role requires clinical expertise and management skills. Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the medical staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards. Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. Support recruitment, retention, and development of staff. Review clinical performance data to enhance quality and outcomes. Partner with administrative teams on strategic initiatives. Act as liaison between physicians, staff, and leadership for effective communication. Manage and resolve clinical issues, patient concerns, or conflicts. Qualifications
MD or DO degree Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain) Minimum 5 years of clinical experience Leadership and mentoring skills Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience in strategic planning and clinical program development Benefits
