Renown's physicians foster the teaching of residents and medical students from The University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. Working with an established Research Department provides support to coordinate clinical trials or take the opportunity to conduct research on the university campus.
Incumbent must have completed a 4 year Neurology Residency and minimum 1 year Movement Disorder Fellowship.
The Movement Disorder Neurologist will help further the Movement Disorder program by accurately diagnosing movement disorders and develop comprehensive management plans and incorporate various therapeutic options including medications, injections, and deep brain stimulation.
Renown Regional houses The Institute of Neurosciences and is a Joint Commission accredited Comprehensive Stroke Center and NAEC Level III accredited Epilepsy Center
POSITION DETAILS
Outpatient schedule Monday - Friday, 8a to 5p
Participate in clinical research trials and translational research with the UNR Graduate School of Neuroscience's Integrative Neuroscience Institute
Direct access to Renown Neurology's PhD Neuropsychologist and Psychometrist
